So, CWoW (City without Walls), a local gallery that I’m a member of, had their yearly fundraiser. They asked artists to donate artwork. The ticket holders (@ $200 a pop) would get to be in a silent auction with the donated pieces. Artists that donated got tickets, so your boy was up in the joint.
All in all, it was a nice showing, with some great work on display. Some other work, not so much. But I was glad to see that both pieces I donated were picked up! Yay me! I’ve been legitimized through others! I’ll be an artist yet!
